Luko Designs is an independent web design studio based in Toronto, Ontario, run by Gokul. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, business name (optional), the service you’re interested in, and your project details.
• Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
• Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, referring site, country, and device type. These don’t use cookies and don’t identify you.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project. We don’t sell or rent your information, add you to mailing lists without asking, or use it for advertising.

Services that process it for us

• Web3Forms receives enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
• Google (Gmail) hosts our email, where enquiries and replies are stored.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides the anonymous visit statistics.

These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any record-keeping we’re required to do. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email gokuljinu12@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
